Our TOS are simple and reasonable.

  1. We are the good guys. We do not break nor damage your PC. We are honest and honorable with thousands of happy clients. Most of our clients come from referrals. We are trying to help you and we understand that your computer is important.. Please keep in mind that if it takes us a long time to fix your computer, it does us NO good and cost us money and that, if anything, it is a benefit to you because most shops charge by the hour, we have flat rates. At any time, you are welcome to get a third parties opinion. We understand that it is hard to trust and understand. Please seek out honest experts from a known and trusted organization with accountability if you feel the need for a third parties opinion, www.BNI.com is a good place to find reputable businesses. We are members and they hold their members accountable. It's much better and more honorable than the BBB. Please be aware that if you ask the opinion of someone who is not honest and honorable, bad mouthing us, the competition, is an easy way for them to gain your business.

  2. We did not make the malware, (viruses and spyware), that damaged your PC or your data. There are horrible people that do and make horrible things. We are honorable and honest and we are here to help and protect your computer. If malware damages your computer, please do not blame us.

  3. If your hardware dies or becomes damaged while we are working on it, we are not the reason your hardware failed. We are experts and take the utmost care. Even when we do data recovery, we do it in a read only fashion, never changing anything or doing anything risky without your prior consent. We also take all the precautions when we work on your PC. Obviously, if for some reason we had an accident, and dropped or damaged your PC, then we would replace it. However, (as an example), please understand that if your hard drive was about to die and it happened to die while we were trying to help you, that is not our fault and we did not break it.

  4. While we do everything possible to protect, save, back up your data and settings, if for some reason, something bad happened to your hardware or software while we are trying to help you, we will not be held responsible. We are experts and we do everything possible to try and avoid formatting, etc.

  5. If you are using our remote service, while it is very convenient and affordable, connection problems caused by malware or your ISP are possible. We have in place a very good system that is easy for you to connect and it usually stays connected. It usually takes less than 2 minutes to sign in and connect, and even if you are not able to get on the internet, if you call us, we can usually get you connected within 5-10 minutes in a special diagnostic mode called Safe Mode With Networking. If you are not local, and we still can not get you connected, we will send you a CD for free and it will boot up your computer and run everything from the CD and allow us access so we can STILL fix it remotely. If we lose the connection, you will have to reconnect us. We have made the process as easy as possible but, it is still something you will have to do. You can always call during business hours and we will help you get connected for free.

  6. If you want someone to come out to your house or business, there is an extra charge of $50 and it has a 30 mile range from the drop off location that is closest to you. The charge also includes 15 minutes.  That is just enough time to get it running good enough so we can finish the job remotely or, if your PC is in really bad shape (or you have slow dial up internet), that's just enough time to pick up your PC and then drop it off when its done. It's $1 a minute after that. However, if you must bring your computer into one of our many drop off locations, there is no extra charge and we give free estimates.

  7. Wile we do our best to answer all calls and emails. Never the less, if you still need help or some issue resolved, it is your responsibility to ask for, and get help. We can not read minds. You need to communicate to us what the problem is. You will need to make sure you make your computer accessible to us so we can fix it. We have helped people all over the world remotely and we have a special CD if your computer is really bad. You can also bring it to us or set up and an onsite visit.

  8. If you purchase our Guaranteed PC FIX package, it is all inclusive. We fix all the issues you are having! We also, after we have completed the service and we think we have fixed everything, give you THREE EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS to tell us that we missed something and then you can log back in or deliver your computer or schedule an onsite, and then we will fix whatever it is... Please note that if we missed something, or you still have an unresolved issue, we expect you to log in, or deliver your PC in a reasonable amount of time. This is your responsibility and we may not honor our all inclusive service after SEVEN days of being notified that there is still problems. In other words, you get three business days to tell us you are still having an issue and then an extra seven days to log in or bring us your PC or schedule an onsite. We reserve the right to limit the amount of "hands on" time while fixing your computer to the maximum of three hours.. It is VERY rare that we ever go over an hour of "hands on time" and most of the time we can clean up and install the system and fix everything in less than 30 minutes of "hands on time", but, just in case, we do have to set a limit. Our technicians are fast and skilled, so please do not be scared off by this. If worst comes to worst, and we can not fix your computer, we can repair or reinstall the operating system for only $50 more. (Others charge up to $179 JUST for that!) The only exception to our all inclusive Guaranteed PC FIX is with the extremely rare hardware issue. If your hardware is bad, then we will be unable to fix your operating system or other issues. There is no way to tell if you have a hardware issue until we get to work on your system. We give free estimates and we are honest. If we think you have a hardware issue, we will tell you and we will tell you how much it will cost for free. From there, you can make a decision. Sometimes the software based scans and other ways we use to determine if your hardware is bad, are ineffective and sadly, it is a waist of time and money for us too.. You see, our business plan is to make you happy, and keep you happy, year after year. We do not make much money at the time of service yet our renewal rate is low because of our automated renewal system. (You are not committed to renew, it's your choice) People come back to us, year after year, happy to renew, because our system WORKS.

  9. If you buy the Guaranteed PC FIX and get infected while your subscription is active, (we offer a one year package, or a monthly payment package. The monthly payment package goes on for as long as you like), we will remotely clean your system for FREE! No other business on this planet can or will offer you that! Computers that get re-infected are cleaned and re-protected by our top level programmers between Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm so they can make CPULOCK and our Guaranteed PC FIX package even safer. Please understand, that if you get re-infected, we can not be held liable for data loss or corruption. In other words, if malware beat out system and got into your computer somehow and then destroyed or corrupted your data, we will not be held responsible. Please understand that the geeks who make viruses and spyware are not making them to destroy your system but rather to abuse and use your system or to steal your identity. They are not made to corrupt or damage your personal data and photos.. They want to live and spread and they can not do that if they kill your system. However, most of them are poorly written and can cause problems and slow downs and although we have NEVER seen a virus or spyware that just destroys your PC, we have read about them, they are very rare, so just incase, we made this disclaimer.
